If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a refund policy designed to make the process straightforward and fair. 2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with Norvella, you may request a refund within this period, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- For unopened products: The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging
- For opened products: At least 50% of the product must remain in the bottle. Products with less than 50% remaining may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer (e.g., improper storage, exposure to moisture)
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA)
- Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product) or as required by law.
6. Exclusions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Products that have been fully consumed
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
- Returns without prior authorization or RMA number

7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
